This place is amazing and very good with my over scared children
I love taking my daughter to them. They always explain what they are doing and make it a pleasant experience for both of us. My daughter has had cavities filled and xrays. We have had no problems with them at all!
The receptionist doesn't know how to be professional at all! I dealt with them for years, because they were the only ones who took my insurance. Now I have new better insurance and they can't even make my kids an appointment unless I give them personal information over the phone!?!? And if they could it wont be til late September!?!?! In previous visits I've been yelled at in the lobby, told I couldn't go back with my daughter!! And treated with absolutel disrespect and hatred!
ATTENTION: I only gave this 5 stars so it would be seen!
My children have always loved coming to the dentists here at Smilekeepers. The staff are always lovely. I would recommend Smilekeepers to everyone. I don't have any complaints!
