Worst service ever!! Walked in and 3 people were standing by the entry and no greeting at all. We even stood there looking around to find what area we needed to go to. Then I decided to ask someone for help and he cut me off to help somebody else without an explanation or apology. Then we got in the checker and behind one other customer. After he finished the checker WALKED AWAY from the check stand while we were standing there. I finally asked the other checker with his back to us if he could help us and he said yeah but I'm over here. So we had to grab our stuff and go around the counter. I returned my stuff. Totally bad experience. Never going back!
Generally another department store in our area can meet a good many of our needs, plus they're open 24 hours a day. However, Wilco excels in depth of hardware supply, quality & variety of animal needs, as well as quality & variety of clothing & tools. It feels good to pick up an item looking for the "Made In China" label & see the "Made In USA" label & know that the money we pay for an item goes to support other Americans.
Love shopping at Wilco Farm but I will not be using the groomers again. Twice the groomers were rough with my senior dog. The first cut her bottom so short she had some bloody spots, this last visit we set the appointment for 12:30 and they didn't get to her until 4pm. Plus both times they were rude with me, all I did was gently remind them that she has arthritis and can't hear as well as her vision is bad. We had a great groomer that set an appointment and was able to work on our girl while visiting with us. No roughness or rude comments.
Love my Wilco store! Always friendly and super helpful. Love that I can take my dog in with me to help socialize her!
