We called Buckmaster Plumbing a couple weeks ago to have an 80 gallon hybrid hot water heater installed, plus 3 other leaks in the house. The plumber's name was Eric. He gave us an estimate right away, which was so reasonable. He worked dilligently all day long until he finished all the repairs. The work was perfect, and for the first time ever with a plumber, I felt satisfied with the work, and didn't feel like we were raked over the coals money-wise. You will ALWAYS be called for any plumbing needs in our house. I would recommend you to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you Eric and Buckmaster Plumbing for a job well done.
Wow! What great service. I had a problem that turned out to be a small one, but with another company I was going to have to wait TWO WEEKS! Buckmaster squeezed me in their schedule in less than 24 hours. I'll be calling them again!
Here's my experience: made an appointment with me on a Friday for Wednesday next week, called me early to confirm the appointment and make sure that coming at 3 pm is okay. Knowing that this will totally blow my day off, I agree to the time, then they call me at 3 pm to tell me that they can not make it. My whole day is shot waiting for this company to help. I agree to the new appointment on Monday the 27th because I feel I don't have much of a choice because I am a renter. Angry and disappointed doesn't describe how I'm feeling right now. Meanwhile, the lake under the house is growing and my city water bill is not affordable or pleasant to look at right now. I would not recommend to friends or family unless they have unlimited resources to blow on wasted water. Would not recommend to anyone not the first time I've gotten crappy service from them.

Buckmaster Pro was very professional from the start. Scott gave me a list of options to choose from which was very clear and he quickly answered all my questions, even while away at a trade show. The installers were exceptional and even the electrical sub was fantastic. No surprises and no pressure to upgrade. I also like that they deal with American Standard which Consumer Reports rates very high. Highy reccomend them.
