Very secure facility, large storage options and as long as you call during normal work hours and not during usual lunch hours you can pretty much always get ahold of someone. They were able to set up direct billing and when I was ready to move out they promptly closed out my account.
I've had a unit with this place since June. Never had a complaint until last night. Granted my payment was late, but when I made my payment on Monday they did NOT charge me a late fee. They neglected to remove the lock they placed on my unit, so when I paid someone to take me there last night from Keizer Oregon to get some things, I had NO ACCESS to my unit!! Very upset about it. Not only did I waste my time trying to go out there, my ride wasted their time taking me. I will not rent through them again.
