Was once a great place when stew ran it. I'm sure if he knew how the unprofessional lady there now was running it he would he would turn over in his grave. She lied to me over the phone multiple times. For the money you can rent a more secure newer storage unit and there all over here in Lebanon.
While it could use some modernization (not much in the way of climate control) and a little TLC (mostly just cleaning cobwebs and dust), Highway 20 Mini Storage still get's the job done at a fair price. I would also like to mention that I see some complaints about the lady managing the place and say that I feel some of the negativity being thrust at her is simply coming from people that couldn't get what they wanted the instant they wanted it or from people who were unhappy about rent going up which is happening everywhere really. I've had a couple of struggles here and there and the manager has been more than fair and accommodating. I'd give these guys 5 stars if their "digs" (facilities) were clean like the Hilton or something similar.
Have stored my belongings there for 8 years , they have been great to work with.
These people have the best rates in town. They offer military discount. They are so kind and willing to work with you as your needs change. I have rented spaces and storage units from 5 other facilities in Lebanon and Albany area. These folks are only people that have treated me fairly and not like l am an inconvenience. I recommend to talk to them anytime your needs change. They will help you out.
Never seem to be open during the hours posted. Can never get ahold of them via phone. Poor customer service. Very unsecured, I have seen the keys left in doors several times but no one is in the office.
